Accessibility Statement
ContentCraftPro aims to make our website and reports usable by as many people as possible, including those using assistive technology. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time project. This page describes what we've done, where we fall short, and how to flag a barrier.
Standards we target
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our baseline, and reference EN 301 549, Section 508, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 for context.
What we've done
- Semantic structure: proper headings, landmarks, lists and form labels throughout.
- Color contrast: body text meets AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 or higher). Decorative accents are non-essential.
- Keyboard navigation: all interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard. Visible focus states are preserved.
- Reduced motion: non-essential animations respect
prefers-reduced-motion. - Resizable text: content reflows at up to 200% zoom without loss of functionality.
- Plain language: we write in everyday English at roughly an 8th-grade reading level.
- Alt text: informative images carry meaningful descriptions. Decorative images are explicitly hidden from assistive tech.
- PDF reports: delivered as tagged PDF with reading order, headings and alt text. We're working toward PDF/UA conformance.
What we know is imperfect
We try to be honest about gaps. Known limitations as of the date above:
- A few legacy chart images in older sample reports lack long descriptions. We are migrating these to native HTML tables.
- Some font weights ship as variable axes. Users with severe text-rendering bugs in older Chromium versions may see slight inconsistencies. The text remains readable.
- Embedded code blocks in the sample report are read literally by screen readers. We're evaluating optional summary alternatives.
Assistive technologies we test against
- VoiceOver (macOS and iOS, latest)
- NVDA (Windows, latest)
- JAWS (Windows, latest, periodic)
- TalkBack (Android, latest)
- Keyboard-only navigation (no mouse)
- 200% browser zoom in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge
How to request a report in an alternate format
If our standard PDF doesn't work for you, write to edgar@contentcraftpro.com and we'll provide your report as:
- HTML, structured for screen readers.
- Plain-text Markdown.
- Large-print PDF (24pt).
No extra cost.
