How to claim a refund
- Reply to your delivery email (or write to edgar@contentcraftpro.com) with the word "refund" in the subject or body.
- We process it the same business day. PayPal usually returns funds to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
- You keep the report. We don't ask you to delete it, return it or stop using it.
What "no questions" actually means
We will not:
- Ask you to justify your decision.
- Argue with your assessment.
- Make you fill out a survey or jump on a call.
- Try to talk you into store credit, a partial refund, or a free upgrade.
We will reply with a thank-you and ask (optionally) what we could have done better. You can ignore the question. It is purely so we can improve.
The window
30 calendar days from the moment we deliver your report. Delivery time is the timestamp on the email you receive with the PDF attached.
What is not refundable
- The free scan (it was already free).
- Requests made after the 30-day window.
- Orders proven to be fraudulent or made in bad faith (e.g. chargebacks issued without contacting us first).
Beyond 30 days
Things happen. Life, illness, holiday backlogs. If you're a few days late and there's a real reason, write to us. We'd rather refund a late request than lose a future customer over rigidity.
Why we offer this
Two reasons. One, I think the report is worth a lot more than $197, so I'd rather absorb refunds than have you hesitate. Two, refunds tell me when something's off. If a few land the same week, I'll know to fix something in the product.
