  1. Day 1

    The call

    A 15-minute conversation. You tell us how you run your business and how you price a job today. No pitch. If it is not a fit, we say so.

  2. Day 1

    NDA signed

    Before you send a single price, we sign a mutual NDA. Your pricing stays yours.

  3. Day 2

    Pricing session

    A one-hour working session (phone or video) plus a handful of your real past quotes. We learn your materials, labor rates, rules, and the gut-feel adjustments you make that never make it onto paper.

  4. Day 5–7

    Version one

    Your first working system: your logo, your materials, your prices, both input modes built and running.

  5. Week 2

    The 3-job test

    We run 3 of your real past jobs through it. You check the numbers against what you actually charged and flag anything off.

  6. Week 2–3

    Fixes and approval

    We adjust until it matches how you actually price. You approve when the numbers are right, not before.

  7. Same day

    You pay, it goes live

    Payment happens after approval, not before it. Then your system is live and ready for real customers.

First version inside a week. Final version typically 2–3 weeks total, depending on how fast you get back to us with feedback on the 3-job test.

What we need from you

  • 15 minutes for the first call
  • A signed NDA (we send it, takes 2 minutes)
  • 3–5 real past quotes, however messy they are
  • One hour to walk us through your pricing
  • Your logo and any price sheets you already use

What you never have to do

  • No software to learn or log into daily
