Privacy Policy

What we collect

This site collects three kinds of information:

• Contact form data. When you submit the form on the Contact page, we collect your name, company, phone number, email, state, how many quotes you run a month, and anything you tell us about how you quote today.
• Demo inputs. When you use the live demo, we process whatever job details you type or select (footage, material, gates, and so on) to generate a sample quote.
• Basic analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites. It tells us things like which pages get visited and roughly how many people are on the site, nothing tied to your identity.

How demo inputs are handled

When you use the live demo, the job description you enter may be sent to an AI provider (DeepSeek) to extract job details or write a scope-of-work description. That data is processed to generate your on-screen result and is not stored by us beyond what is needed to return that result. It is not used to train any AI model. All demo pricing is fictional sample data for a made-up company and is never treated as, or stored as, a real quote.

Where data lives

This site runs on Cloudflare. Contact form submissions are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers KV) so we can follow up with you. We do not maintain a separate database beyond that.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use your fence-pricing details for anything beyond building your quote system, and if you engage us for a project, that engagement is separately covered by an NDA.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@contentcraftpro.com with the request and we will remove it.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the request channel above works the same way for all other rights.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
