Confidentiality

Before you send us a single number, we sign a mutual NDA.

Your pricing is your edge. It took years to work out your labor rates, your markups, and the little adjustments you make for a tricky yard. We are not going to be the reason a competitor sees any of it.

What the NDA covers, in plain English

• Your prices, labor rates, margins, and any pricing rules you share with us stay confidential.
• We will never share your pricing with another contractor, including a competitor of yours.
• We will never reuse your specific pricing rules or numbers inside anyone else's system.
• The confidentiality obligation covers us and anyone we work with on your build.
• It is mutual: if you ever see something of ours that is confidential during the build, the same protection applies to us.

When it gets signed

The NDA is the second step in our process, right after the first call, and it is signed before you send us a single past quote or price sheet. Nothing about your pricing reaches us unprotected.

What it does not cover

The NDA does not stop you from talking about the fact that you are working with us, and it does not cover general fencing knowledge that is not specific to your business (industry-standard material costs you could find anywhere, for example). It is about protecting your specific numbers and rules, not making the relationship itself a secret.

This page is a plain-English summary. The actual agreement is a short, standard mutual NDA we send before the pricing session, and you are welcome to have anyone review it before you sign.
